Before and after implementation
Owing to the synergy between the sales organisation and service engineering, our service department is already working for you in the early stages. Every step of the way, even before the first proposal is prepared, we look for the best solution for you. Once the contract has been awarded, the project is passed on to the project manager. Working closely with you, our experienced project managers are responsible for the installation and delivery of the solution agreed upon. The multiple contacts between our departments ensure that we are kept up-to-date with what is going on at the customer's end.
Your service agreement
We are always ready to develop prior service and support arrangements according to a comprehensive Service Level Agreement so you know what to expect. We work together to form a whole that is greater than the sum of the separate parts.
Last but not least, we are committed to guaranteeing smooth channels of communication between our service organisation and you. In addition to recognising the relevance of our trilingual help desk, we also understand the importance of having accurate and timely information as regards unanswered questions, the progress made with an installation, the status of a problem or the input in the case of new developments.
